Punctual & Incredibly Polite

I have never met such a high standard all round: the organisational efficiency of TMT was exemplary; the workmen were all punctual and incredibly polite; and the standards of perfection exceeded even my own. I was able to get on with my own work because the men did not play radios or chat –they concentrated on their work and I really appreciated that! The supervisor checked in with them and me daily so I was confident that everything was under control. I found this firm by chance only after I had spent a year unsuccessfully getting my usual plumber/builder to answer messages. What a contrast!
